Josh Holtzman, Founder - Josh is a serial entrepreneur with a background in human resources and recruiting.
After gaining initial traction in the market, InterviewJet needed to ramp up product development. Josh felt their single contract developer lacked the responsibility, predictability, and expertise in good engineering practices to be able to support the company’s accelerated growth. He also didn’t have the necessary time nor product expertise to specify new features and manage engineering while also ramping up marketing and client development. Josh felt FT’s transitional leadership approach would be the best fit to provide temporary engineering and product support and help him onboard a new engineer.

FT provided critical Product and Engineering leadership, specifying and implementing features that were essential to the growth and stability of the nascent platform. We helped vet a new engineering team, provided architectural and technical guidance, and implemented a transparent and predictable engineering practice that helped them make business and product decisions. InterviewJet was able to quickly ramp up two full-time developers in early 2014 who worked closely with our product team to build essential new functionality. We also helped Josh vet and hire an experienced full-time Product Manager, who ultimately became their Head of Product. At the end of 2014, InterviewJet was successful in raising a seed round of $750,000.
